About Products
What products do you specialize in?
We specialize in women's apparel, including decorative T-shirts, dresses, blouses, sweatshirts, plus-size fashion, and fashion basics. Our main focus is trendy women's wear for the European, North American, South American and Asia markets.
What types of embellishments can you produce?
We have experience with various decoration techniques, including: Rhinestones, Screen printing, Embroidery, Foil printing, Sequins, and Mixed-media embellishments. We can recommend suitable techniques based on your designs and target market.
What fabrics do you usually work with?
We commonly work with: Cotton, Cotton-spandex, Cotton-polyester, Rayon, Polyester blends, French terry, Jersey, Rib fabrics. Custom fabric sourcing is also available based on your requirements.
Do you offer ready styles?
Yes. We have existing styles available for reference and quick development. We also support OEM and ODM projects.
Customization
Can you produce garments based on our designs?
Yes. We can develop products based on your: Tech packs, Reference samples, Sketches, Photos, Artwork files.
Can you help with design development?
Yes. Our in-house team can assist with: Artwork adjustments, Decoration recommendations, Fabric suggestions, Trend-based development.
Can you customize labels and packaging?
Yes. We support customized: Woven labels, Hang tags, Care labels, Poly bags, Carton marks. Sustainable packaging options are also available upon request.
MOQ & Pricing
What is your MOQ?
Our usual MOQ is 300 pieces per style, depending on the fabric, decoration, and production complexity. Please feel free to contact us for special requests.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. Standard size ratio mixing is accepted for bulk production.
Do you offer low MOQ orders?
For some styles, small trial orders may be discussed depending on fabric availability and production arrangement.
How is the price determined?
Pricing depends on several factors, including: Fabric, Quantity, Decoration, Printing or embroidery, Packaging, Trade terms. Please share your detailed requirements for accurate quotation.
Sampling
How long does sample development take?
Usually 10–15 working days depending on the design and materials.
Is the sample fee refundable?
In many cases, the sample fee can be refunded after bulk order confirmation.
Who covers the courier cost?
Courier cost is usually covered by the buyer.
Can you copy an existing sample?
Yes. We can develop based on your original sample or reference garment.
Production
What is your production lead time?
Production lead time normally ranges from 30 to 45 days depending on order quantity and product complexity.
How do you control product quality?
Our quality control process includes: Fabric inspection, Inline production inspection, Measurement checking, Final inspection, Packing inspection. We aim to maintain stable quality and consistency for every order.
Can you handle urgent orders?
We will evaluate production capacity based on your timeline and try our best to support urgent projects whenever possible.
Which countries do you export to?
Our products are mainly exported to Europe and North America, South America and Asia. We also work with clients from other international markets.
Shipping & Payment
What trade terms do you offer?
We mainly work with: EXW, FOB, CFR/CIF, FCA. Other trade terms may be discussed depending on the project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We usually accept bank transfer (T/T). Other payment methods may be discussed for long-term cooperation.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is: 30% deposit before production, Balance before shipment.
Do you arrange shipping?
Yes. We can assist with shipment arrangement through your nominated forwarder or our logistics partners.

What is the cooperation process?
Our general cooperation process is: Inquiry → Design confirmation → Quotation → Sample development → Order confirmation → Bulk production → Quality inspection → Shipment arrangement. We aim to make the process smooth and efficient for our clients.
